Big Brother has revealed that all of the 6 remaining housemates face eviction following the refusal of Charlie, Siavash and Sophie to nominate and therefore automatically facing the public vote. David, Lisa and Rodrigo nominated as usual which ended up in seeing all of them face the public vote anyway!
The reason for Big Brother showing previous nominations has become apparent: To give the housemates a test on what they saw. Big Brother had £6,000 for the prize fund up for grabs for the housemates if they could answer a total of 10 questions on the clips – but how did they do?
As a consequence of the housemate’s breakout yesterday, Big Brother last night gathered the housemates to inform them of their punishment: the prize money has been reduced from 100k to nothing. Over the next week the housemates will have the opportunity to win back the money by completing a number of small tasks.
With a lot of talk in the housemate of refusing to nominate once more Big Brother decided enough was enough and put more pressure on the housemates this week by introducing a new twist into the nominations process. It was clear this week’s nominations would not take place as normal when Big Brother had failed to call any of the group to nominate by early evening, but what does Big Brother have in store?
As part of this week’s shopping task, Big Brother arranged a meeting with the Queen with Rodrigo. Of course, it was just a hired look-a-like, however it was up to the housemates to convince Rodrigo she was the real deal…
This morning both Marcus and Kenneth have attempted to escape the BB house. Kenneth had been hinting at wanting to go all morning with Noirin and Bea putting it down to attention seeking. At around 5:08am however, together with Marcus, Kenneth climbed onto the roof of the Big Brother house.
Channel4 have confirmed that ex housemates will be returning to Big Brother each day next week for special tasks, fun and games as part of Big Brother’s birthday celebrations. Big Brother 7 housemate and Endemol favourite Nikki Grahame is due to return ot the house this Sunday to celebrate Big Brother’s 10th series on the air. Different ex-housemates from the previous 9 series is due to return to the house every day until Friday where we there will be some sort of twist…
Tonight the remaining housemates will nominate LIVE on Channel4 at 10:55pm, join us for live updates as it happens – but don’t forget to watch yesterday’s highlights first at 9pm! During this week’s task Siavash removed Charlie’s right to nominate however he can still be nominated. Siavash made Marcus immune from nominations meaning he cannot be nominated but will still nominate tonight.
It has been speculated throughout the week already that live face to face nominations will being taking place tomorrow night, well now we have confirmed from Channel4, read on for all the details.
The Sun has speculated that Channel4 bosses are looking to put a new housemate into the house to ‘shake things up’ as ratings struggle. This report coincides with a ‘mystery’ live show scheduled for next Wednesday, 24th, at 10:55pm after the premiere of new series of Ugly Betty.
