Rachel Rice was very much a surprise winner of last year’s show. It’s not that she wasn’t liked, she just didn’t seem to have much support and was often booed during evictions and even during the final show. However she took the £100,000 prize ahead of her friend Mikey last year and in an interview with new! Magazine and the Daily star she talks about what’s been going on since then.
Two new longer eye flash adverts have aired on Channel4 featuring more of the eye and also the “new” theme music which appears to be a remix of the theme used for the past series. Read on for the videos…
The folks over at BBspy claim to have been sent an email from an ‘insider’ containing a copy of this year’s eye. Codenamed ‘Camouflage’ the eye is green and back featuring a cross, representing the 10th series of big brother.
Like all news which is ‘leaked’ this image should be taken with a large pinch of salt, however we should be getting more Big Brother information this week if a June 4th launch is to be believed.

In an article from the Sun Big Brother host since series 1, Davina McCall, has revealed that the show is to be axed after Big Brother 11 when the contract with endemol is up. Channel 4 paid £180 million for 3 more years of big brother in 2006 starting from the end of the 8th series which saw Brian Belo scoop the £100,000 prize.
According to the Sun Article Davina has said, “It’s definitely only got two years left.” Adding “It’s become an institution — the summer is all about Big Brother, just like winter is all about the X Factor.”
The Sun article also puts forward a new launch date for the show – Thursday June 4th.
